Visibility Challenge For Small Business Owners
π Pre-Challenge Prep Work
1. ALIGN YOUR PLATFORMS
Audit your Instagram bio, Facebook About section, and website.
Are they aligned?
Can someone buy from you within 3 clicks?
Example journey: sees you in a FB group β clicks to Instagram β clicks to website from bio β easy-to-navigate offer.
2. DEFINE WHO YOU'RE TALKING TO
Choose ONE real client you want more of.
Who were they? Why did they buy from you?
Let your energy, tone, and language reflect them.
3. KNOW WHAT YOU DO
Visibility is not sales. It's about:
Being seen
Being understood
Boosting your profile
You need to clearly describe: "Hi, I'm Orlaith. I help business owners take the guesswork out of growing their business through coaching and events."
4. REPETITION = KINDNESS
Clarity wins. Say what you do. Say it again. Be conversational.
5. TRUST YOURSELF
You're the expert in your business. Only say no to visibility actions after youβve tested them.
β¨ WEEK 1: Visibility & Strategy Foundation
Strategic Task:
Make a list of all the ways you could grow your profile (E.g. Podcast guest spots, Instagram reels, networking events, local collabs). For local businesses - make this list hybrid and to include events, posters, flyers etc!
Donβt act yet. Just brainstorm.
Content Tip:
One post = many shares.
Post to feed
Share to stories (with commentary)
Add to newsletter
Post in Facebook groups
π Monday: About Me Post
Why you started your business
Who you help
Your experience & magic
Repurpose & re-share if youβve done one recently
π Wednesday: Reminder of Your Core Services
What does success look like?
How do your services get people there?
π Friday: Client Transformation Story
Walk us through a real story
What magic did they experience?
Use carousels or talk-to-camera videos
β¨ WEEK 2: Strategic Visibility in Action
Strategic Task:
Pick one activity from last week's brainstorm
Example: Share an intro post in 3 Facebook groups
Reach out for a collab or podcast feature
π Monday: Success Story #1
Pick one powerful transformation (e.g. more confidence)
Show how you helped them achieve it
π Wednesday: Objection Reversal
Common objections: Time, Money, Results
Flip them:
"She made more money because she invested"
"Best money they spent this year"
"Took the leap and now she never looks back"
π Friday: What Itβs Like to Work With Me
Outline the full journey
From discovery call β coaching β accountability
Focus on the middle β what happens between start & finish?
β Choose What Works for You
This challenge is a toolkit, not a to-do list.
Pick the posts that feel good
Skip what doesnβt
But always ask: Have I given this a fair try?
πΏ COMMIT TO:
Helping people get to know you
Showing up with clarity and repetition
Trusting that consistency > perfection
Your clients are skimming posts while queuing at Starbucks. Be clear. Be kind. Be seen.
